Under Executive Order 190, Interest on Residential Delinquent Water Balances will be waived until March 15, 2021, unless extended by another Executive Order.  Municipalities are prohibited against curtailing service for delinquent water balances on residential water accounts, due to nonpayment unless the disconnection is to prevent or ameliorate a risk to public health or safety, now through 18 months after the termination of the Executive Order declaring a pandemic emergency.
