Lincoln Park has TWO walking paths that offer different course lengths to fit your exercise goal!
Both paths features a gravel walking path approximately 1/2 mile .
Lanes Fields - located at 194 Ryerson Road
Lynne Park - located at the corners of Curtis and West William Street
The Lincoln Park Recreation Department offers a variety of Fitness Class:
Yoga: Monday Evenings (7-8PM) in the Community Meeting Room (34 Chapel Hill Road, Lincoln Park NJ 07035)
Zumba: Tuesday Evenings (7-8PM) in the PAL Gymnasium (10 Boonton Turnpike, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035)
Functional Circuit Training (NEW!): Thursday Mornings (9:30 - 10:30AM) in the PAL Gym This class combines high intensity cardio, multi-joint strength training exercises and 3D movements and builds upon basic movements we use in our daily lives.
