The Lincoln Park Lions Club does its part to serve the visually impaired. They follow the spirit of Helen Keller, who nearly 100 years ago encouraged Lions Clubs to become the "Knights of the Blind".
The Lions Club continues to maintain Muskrat Cabin at Camp Marcella, a summer camp for blind children, located in Rockaway, NJ. The camp opened in 1947.
The Club provides other needed services such as eye exams and eye glasses for school children and seniors.
The Lions support the LP Food Pantry, PAL programs, the LP Recreation Annual Halloween Party, LP EMS, the Boy Scouts, Juvenile Diabetes, and Grains of Hope.
The LP Lions Club also awards scholarships to LP High School students.
